Supplemental Health Care is hiring Occupational Therapist to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Hilltop, West Virginia.

Occupational Therapist Contract Details :
- $1, - $1, per week*
- 12-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Occupational Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :
- Active Occupational Therapist Licensure / Certification in West Virginia
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
