About the job

Rise Collective is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our design and construction teams. This role will support project managers and work hand in hand with interior designers in bringing resort-style vacation rental properties to market. This role will provide expertise in estimating, procurement, vendor management, spending and savings analyses, and delivering outstanding customer support. The Procurement Specialist will be working on many projects simultaneously and may occasionally travel to project sites.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, purchases, and shipment tracking.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and timeliness or fulfillment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the
• procurement function.
• Maintain vendor and procurement databases.
• Collaborate with Finance to track and document all expenditures.
• Keep detailed records of shipment tracking and delivery.
• Work with the install team to ensure all shipments are received and installed
• according to the design plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical requirements

Ability to work flexible hours and / or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.

Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions up to 15% of the year.

Ability to stand, flex, crouch, and lift up to 25lbs on occasion.
