Part Time Legal Intake Representatives

At Legal intake Professionals, our Legal Intake Representatives are the first point of contact for our clients. In this in-office position, you'll manage a high volume of phone calls, providing a supportive and empathetic experience to every person who calls. Your sharp listening skills and ability to accurately document details will be essential to your success.

We're looking for a personable and well-spoken professional to join our team. No prior experience is necessary – we'll provide all the training you need. What's most important is your positive attitude and your dedication to helping people. Bilingual skills (especially in Spanish) are a plus!

What we're looking for :

• Strong communication, verbal and written
• A professional phone voice that conveys care and concern
• Attention to detail, including excellent active-listening and fast, accurate typing skills
• Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
