Desired Skills
- 5+ years of experience a Systems Engineer specifically supporting Windows Servers and Exchange / M365 within the FinTech or FinOps industry
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, storage, and networking.
- Hand-on experience implementing solutions that support High Availability, Data Center Resiliency, and Business Continuity.
- Working knowledge of Cohesity, PureStorage, VMware ESXi, LogicMonitor, Ivanti Service Manager.
- Experience supporting Azure environments
- Demonstrated ability leading complex IT projects from conception to completion
- Comfortability with communicating to all levels of peers and cross-functional team members
- Ability and desire to mentor junior team members
Plusses
Certifications such as MCSE, VCP, or CompTIA Security+
