Your role will involve assessing client needs, crafting personalized behavior intervention plans, and supervising the execution of interventions to enhance skill acquisition and diminish problem behaviors.
We are currently hiring for our Livermore Clinic. This may entail managing clients at our Brentwood Clinic as per operational requirements.

The company matches employee contributions, up to 3% of employee yearly compensation.)What a day looks like in AGES as a Clinic Manager - BCBA : Assessment : Perform thorough skills assessments to evaluate the need for ABA servicesConduct functional behavior assessments to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and create positive behavior intervention plans (PBIPs)Analyze data and track progress to make informed adjustments to intervention plansInterventionDevelop and execute individualized teaching programs and PBIPs based on assessed needs and objectivesSupervise and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians to ensure proper implementation of intervention plansCollaborate with families and professionals to ensure consistent care and intervention across different settingsSupervision and LeadershipProvide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standardsConduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to support professional growthParticipate in team meetings, case conferences, and consultations to coordinate client careCase ManagementLiaise with insurance companies for precertification of services, treatment plan reviews, and certification of servicesCoordinate client and Behavior Technician schedules as necessaryKeep families and caregivers informed about client progress and program updatesStaff Training & CoachingConduct initial training for new hires on behavior analysis principles, positive behavior interventions, session management, and communication protocolsProvide on-the-spot feedback and guidance to Behavior Technicians during sessionsDevelop and deliver ongoing training sessions on topics like collaborative consultation and data collectionCreate training materials and curriculum to enhance team learning and developmentMaintain detailed records of team meetings, technician performance reviews, and training activitiesProfessional DevelopmentStay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA through continuing educationContribute to clinic growth through participation in quality improvement initiatives and researchPerform other duties as required, in line with professional ethics and clinical best practicesRequirementsMaster's degree in psychology, education, or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing ABA services in a clinic settingKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrated understanding of the principles of ABA and experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plansStrong clinical and assessment skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in data collection and analysisCommitment to ethical and professional practice
