RoleOverview :

We are seeking a Guidewire QA Leadwith proven experience in endtoend testing for Guidewireapplications. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledgein Property & Casualty Insurance and technical proficiency inunderstanding functional flows across Guidewire Center includingPolicy Center Billing Center and Claim Center.

This position offersan opportunity to work in a fastpaced environment collaboratingwith project stakeholders to ensure the functionality performanceand security of Guidewire applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• EndtoEnd TestingLeadership : Lead the endtoend testing efforts forGuidewire applications including planning execution andreporting.
• Business RequirementUnderstanding : Collaborate with project stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and develop comprehensive testplans.
• Test Case Design andExecution : Design implement and execute test cases toensure the functionality performance and security of Guidewireapplications.
• DefectManagement : Collaborate with developers business analystsand other stakeholders to identify and address defectspromptly.
• AgileMethodologies : Handson experience in Agile Testingmethodologies and processes.
• ScriptDevelopment : Develop and maintain testing scripts forregression testing and continuous integration.
• Communication and Collaboration : Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the abilityto work effectively in a team environment.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay current withindustry best practices and trends in Guidewire testingmethodologies.
• Insurance IndustryExperience : Previous experience in the insurance industryis preferred.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Guidewire QA with a focus onendtoend testing.
• Strong domain knowledge inProperty & Casualty Insurance.
• Technicalproficiency with the ability to understand endtoend functionalflows across Guidewire Center.
• Experience inAgile Testing methodologies and processes.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment withflexibility to meet continuously changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaborationskills.
• Previous experience in the insuranceindustry is preferred.
