Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive Sales Success : Achieve and exceed sales targets while creating a sales-driven culture that promotes excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Online Marketing : Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving online sales leads and increasing foot traffic.
  • Product Portfolio : Work with a leading range of high-quality outdoor structures, catering to various customer needs from storage solutions to workshops.
  • Customer Engagement : Provide exceptional customer experiences by understanding needs and offering expert guidance, fostering strong relationships.
  • Business Management : Manage all aspects of the retail location including sales, marketing, inventory management, and liaising with the local business community.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the storage or home improvement industry.
  • Strong business management skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • A self-starter with demonstrated time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of outdoor structures or similar products is a plus.
