Description :

Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan (JASEM) is looking for an energetic and personable person who is organized, observant, flexible, an active listener, resourceful, great at time management and takes initiative.

Each person is going to be responsible for presenting to

Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for set up and facilitation of JA Finance Park middle and various high school events.
• Implements and facilitates in-classroom and on-line programs for middle and high schools.
• Coordination and logistics of program delivery
• Establish and maintain great relationships with educators and school administrators.
• Facilitate orientations and training for educators.
• Collect surveys and testimonials from people and educators.
• Incorporates best practices and follows standards and policies as indicated by agency and JA USA.
• Actively participates in 1 : 1 conversation with supervisor and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensures the timely entry of information and data into platform.
• Participate in process improvement strategies.
• Attend and participate in JASEM events.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay - 20-24 / hr

MUST HAVES :

• Must be comfortable presenting to ages 5 -25
• Must be comfortable presenting to a group of 12-50 students in a single group.
• Must have exceptional typing and proof-reading skills
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from each event.

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Education / Experience :

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience with presenting to diverse groups of people
• Familiar with youth development

NICE TO HAVES :

• Experience with CRMs, Google Sites, and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Justice, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging a plus.
• Bilingual a plus
