VP, Security, Infrastructure & Collaboration (Remote)

Job Description

General Purpose :

This position identifies appropriate technologies and manages large scale IT initiatives, produces technology-driven innovation to further facilitate strategic business objectives.

They are responsible for overseeing and enhancing our organization's product security posture by combining strategic vision, technical expertise and leadership skills.

This position will be responsible for aligning security, infrastructure and collaboration product strategies at the executive level and supporting their team through product ownership and launch planning.

This is a senior leadership role within the Product Team and works directly with the Chief Commercial Officer to ensure that successful implementation of the company’s product vision.

This individual must have a proven track record partnering with and influencing executives, managing complex programs, strategic and tactical execution of operational processes with a strong background in engineering and operational implementation of service portfolios.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• 25% Product alignment with strategy and company operations
• 25% Product integration strategy and vendor selection support and management
• 25% Process and Systems enhancement and improvement
• 25% Organizational management

Other Responsibilities :

• Financial / Headcount Planning and Tracking. In partnership with product leaders and finance team, own the Operations and Engineering org's budget, headcount and financial planning and tracking.
• Product Tools and Vendor Management. Assisting in standardizing product management tools for service implementation and ongoing operational support.

Helping to vet vendors for possible partnerships for products to deliver service on as well as products to deliver services with.

• Partner with product leadership and HR to suppor the creation of the product organizations interview process, onboarding process and product management training and coaching
• Partner with product leadership to create and provide templates for product requirements, training, feedback collection, etc.
• Align the expectations of both the product vision and the business by creating a product roll out and product lifecycle management strategy to address current and future market needs and support direct and indirect go-to-market channels.
• Partner with key stakeholders, directing the ideation, creation and development of new products, as well as the expansion of existing products.
• Communicate and socialize the strategy and roadmap to internal, customer and industry analyst stakeholders in ways that drives excitement, support and understanding.
• Drive the product life cycle from strategic planning to product launch and enhancement including requirements gathering and use case definition, partnering with Product Management to successfully implement each product launch
• Lead and grow a team manage, mentor, provide direction and build a best-in-class product and design team to ensure their success and development.
• Develop technology alliances and partnerships to enhance the differentiation and value of our product portfolio and expand our market opportunity.
• Support the pricing and packaging of our solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Optimize product delivery and deliver a compelling product experience for customers by collaborating cross functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services, Success, Business Operations, and other departments.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree / Masters Degree Preferred
• Management experience in Support / Provisioning Operations
• Management experience in leading Engineering teams
• 10+ years of experience in Director Level or above Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space

Other Qualifications :

• Experience leading broad and geographically dispersed organizations, programs, and projects with a company-wide impact, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
• Understanding of executive level management requirements
• Experience with corporate systems (, Salesforce, ServiceNow), and working with internet scale data reporting analysis
• Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills, including presentation skills to leadership.
