Objetivos
Planificar, coordinar y gestionar el área de RRHH a través de la implementación de estrategias, políticas y procedimientos alineados con los objetivos de la empresa;
en cumplimiento de la legislación laboral vigente y fortaleciendo un clima laboral positivo. Debe dirigir y supervisar los procesos y programas de reclutamiento, selección e inducción de personal.
Requisitos
- Lic. en Adm. de Empresas, Ing. Industrial, Psicología, Auditoría, Contaduría o ramas afines
- Maestría o Especialización en Gestión de Recursos Humanos (valorable)
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Gestión de Recursos Humanos (indispensable)
- Experiencia en implementación de procesos de administración de personal, evaluación del desempeño, gestión de salarios y beneficios, comunicación interna, clima organizacional, organización de eventos internos, selección y capacitación de personal
- Sólidos conocimientos en Legislación Laboral
- Manejo de Microsoft Office y base de datos
- Resiliencia Emocional
- Dominio del idioma inglés (indispensable)
