A leading Ag retailer inNorthwest Indiana is seeking an experienced and driven RetailAgronomy Location Manager to oversee sales and operations at alarge fullservice fertilizer plant.
This role is pivotal indelivering exceptional value to our customers by providingtopquality crop production products and services tailored to meettheir specificneeds.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Managedaily operations of the agronomy retail location ensuring efficientservice delivery and customersatisfaction.
- Overseethe sales and distribution of fertilizers chemicals and other cropproductionproducts.
- Developand maintain strong relationships with customers understandingtheir needs and offering solutions that enhance their cropyields.
- Lead andmentor a team of agronomy professionals fostering a collaborativeand highperforming workenvironment.
- Ensurecompliance with industry regulations and company policies includingsafety standards and environmentalguidelines.
Qualifications :
- Associate’sdegree (AS) or higher in Agriculture or a relatedfield.
- Provenexperience in agronomy sales and operations with a strongunderstanding of the agriculturalmarket.
- Abilityto obtain and maintain CDL 1A and Certified Crop Advisor (CCA)licenses.
- Excellentcommunication and leadership skills with a customerfocusedapproach.
