job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAdminister, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure Support and configure VMware environments (with future transition away from VMware) Provide firewall administration support (SonicWall experience preferred; vendor-managed long term) Assist with switch configuration and management as needed Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including CrowdStrike Collaborate with IT leadership to enhance systems and processes across the organization Participate in on-call rotation once every five weeks (post-conversion) Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 36 Basic understanding of networking and switch administration Experience with VMware environments Familiarity with SonicWall firewall configuration is preferred Exposure to endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike is preferred Experience supporting a multi-site organization is preferred
