Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! This position requires a friendly extravert who is genuinely interested in growing our clientele and enjoys interacting with people.
You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments.
While a marketing degree is not necessary, the skills associated with business marketing and sales are essential to this position and will enable you to earn regular bonuses based on your performance.
We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team.

$25 per hour plus performance-based monthly sales bonus
Compensation :
$25 hourly plus bonus
Responsibilities :
- Responding to sales leads and customer inquiries
- Providing callers with all the great reasons why they should commit to using our services
- Overseeing regular seminars and webinars on various topics
- Following up with prospective clients
- Tracking our growth to report on the efficacy of marketing campaigns
- Schedule regular webinars for each attorney on various topics
- Track and follow up with seminar / webinar attendees to move them through our intake process
- Coordinate a marketing and branding message that reaches our ideal client
- Achieve sales targets while providing a compassionate client experience
- Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
- Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
- Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
Qualifications :
- High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- Previous legal experience a plus
- Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
- Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
