Schwieters Companies is hiring a full-time, Prefinish Lead to join our team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate automated paint line
• Lead processes and workload under direction of Warehouse Manager
• Accountable for the product and assembly team is working on
• Inspect all material for quality
• Order paint and maintain inventory levels
• Maintenance of paint guns and pump
• Match stain samples
• Pick material using a stand / sit forklift
• Manage orders to be completed in full and on time
• Use a scan gun to check inventory and properly adjust where material is at
• Have constant communication with Warehouse Manager on progress with work orders
• Work together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on-time deliveries
• Other duties as assigned
