Human Resources (HR) Director
Location : Columbus, Ohio

Position Overview : As our HR Director, you will report directly to Bob Grote, CEO, and play an integral role in shaping the future of our people and businesses.
You will design and lead HR strategies to champion a high-growth, multi-location decentralized business environment committed to Leading with Love.
The ideal candidate will have progressive success in HR leadership within a large multi-location business environment and a track record of driving high-growth companies through talent acquisition, development and integration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive Global HR Leadership : Lead decentralized HR operations and partner with operational leaders to implement scalable and aligned HR policies and practices.
- Champion a High-Performance Culture : Promote and embed the values of Agape Capitalism and a culture of people-driven success across all business units and locations.
- Orchestrate Talent Strategies : Develop innovative recruitment, retention, and leadership development initiatives to build world-class teams.
- Lead M&A HR Integration : Spearhead HR strategies to integrate newly acquired companies, harmonizing policies, aligning structures, and managing cultural integration for long-term success.
- Optimize HR Systems & Employee Benefits : Enhance and scale HR technology, systems and processes. Optimize benefits programs to maintain global competitiveness and control costs in our rapidly expanding company.
Key Qualifications :
Experience : 10+ years of collaborative HR leadership practice, with experience in multi-national organizations and multi-location operations.
Proven success in M&A integration and HR leadership in high-growth environments.
- Leadership Skills : Visionary leadership and communication skills to influence and partner with other senior executives and decentralized management teams.
- Strategic Thinker : Proven ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and effectively guide organizational change.
- HR Technology : Proficiency in modern HR systems and tools that support scalable HR operations.
- Industry Knowledge : Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or food processing industries is highly preferred.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.
g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
Travel : 10-15% travel to division locations, especially while integrating new acquisitions.
