We are thrilled to announce openings for both Junior and Senior Construction Project Managers to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage exciting construction projects from start to finish.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong time management skills and proficiency in industry-standard software, while embodying a proactive leadership style that fosters collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of all phases of construction projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and successful closure.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and financial integrity.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to meet and exceed project specifications.
- Utilize leading software tools such as Prolog, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera for efficient project documentation and oversight.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain the highest quality standards on-site.
- Champion safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, cultivating a culture of excellence.
- Prepare and deliver engaging project updates to stakeholders, including clients and upper management, to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and subcontractors to maximize project resources and outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in project management within the construction industry is essential; we welcome both entry-level and seasoned candidates.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Civil 3D, Prolog, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Primavera is a plus.
- Understanding of contract management principles related to construction projects.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, regardless of your experience level.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
