We are leaders in the outside air world and work exclusively on 100% commercial and residential units. If you’re ready to take your HVAC career to the next level, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities : · Diagnose and repair both recreational & commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running at peak efficiency. · Utilize your expertise to identify and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Requirements : Operates basic hand and power tools.
Uses electrical meters, meggers, and measuring devices. Develops and uses Technical Documents & Work Packages. Schedules, reports, and briefs customers and management.
Connects motors, compressors, temperature controls, and circulating ventilation fans to control panels and connects to power sources.
Accurately write condition-found reports and service orders detailing results of inspections, tests, noted discrepancies, and repair recommendations.
Provide supervision, leadership, and guidance to junior personnel assigned. Ability to work with little supervision when required.
High School or GED graduate required. (Not Mandatory) Universal EPA Certification(Not Mandatory) Five (5) years experience.
Not Mandatory) Completion of an apprentice program or military equivalent.(Not Mandatory) Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
Pass background screening to qualify for TWIC & DBIDS For base access. (Not Mandatory) Proficient in MS Office Suite programs.
Requires to pass a pre-employment drug screen. (Not Mandatory) License : · EPA Universal Certified (Considerable for Experienced) Additional Benefits : - We cover the cost of materials.
