Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth in the Northern Region (NY / NJ).

This position is crucial to expanding their presence in the enterprise market, targeting medium to large businesses across industries.

As the Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, crafting tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets through strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities within the NY / NJ region, with a focus on industries such as retail, financial services, logistics, and more.
  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Solution Selling : Provide consultative sales strategies to meet client needs with Hughes’ wide range of satellite-based broadband, networking, and managed services.
  • Sales Targets : Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas by effectively managing a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical pre-sales, and customer support to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer challenges to strategically position Hughes' solutions.

Requirements :

  • Experience : Minimum of 4 years
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong Network : Established relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in the NY / NJ region.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with enterprise networking, cloud solutions, or satellite-based services is highly desirable.
  • Travel : Ability to travel within the Northern region (NY / NJ) for client meetings and industry events.

Salary : $80,000 - $96,000

Able to participate in the 2024 North American Sales Compensation Program (ENSCP). The potential total compensation value, commission plus base salary, of that program for you is up to $220K annually at target with additional compensation above quota.
