Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

  • B2B Sales : Approach businesses and engage with decision-makers, such as company owners, HR directors, general managers and their employees.
  • Consultative Selling : Understand the unique needs of businesses and present tailored solutions that benefit employees.
  • Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Lead Generation : Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage your pipeline, and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Client Support : Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
  • Sales Performance : Meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in sales is helpful but not required; we are looking for individuals with a strong desire to succeed and make a difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
