KSHurst is hiring a Website Lead Director for a Digital Marketing Advertising Company Client - This is a remote position.
Must live in the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive website projects for nonprofit clients, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies and organizational goals.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external development partners, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct thorough website audits and recommend strategic enhancements for usability, performance, and SEO optimization.
- Implement streamlined processes for rapid deployment and continuous improvement of web projects, enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Educate and guide internal team members on web best practices, ensuring a unified approach to digital marketing.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate website projects with larger marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive digital presence.
Skills & Experience Required :
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and web development, including familiarity with custom development in WordPress and other content management systems.
- Proven track record in managing web projects through a holistic digital marketing lens, with a portfolio showcasing successful outcomes.
- Strong project management skills and personal accountability, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in UX / UI design, responsive design, and accessibility standards, as well as capability to develop or implement solutions in these areas.
- Proficiency in web analytics and SEO tools, leveraging data to recommend optimizations and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Dev ops knowledge and experience deploying websites, manage and oversee website hosting environments (staging / dev / prod), implement security and website monitoring tools, DNS management, cache management
