Skills and Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expert in Servicenow administration, patching, cloning, security.
- Strong technical skills, ability to scope, deploy, support and maintain enterprise applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Technical Writing
- The ideal candidate would have experience working in a Government environment with an understanding of a Government's administrative processes.
- The ideal candidate would have experience with Servienow's flow / workflow, ACLs, ITSM, ITBM, Appengine. Experience with other Servicenow modules a plus.
- Must live in Continental US and be a US citizen.
Experience and Education :
- Minimum of 5 years as System Administrator experience supporting an enterprise application with thousands of users.
- Minimum of 2 years administering Servicenow with admin level role.
- Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed, post high-school coursework from an accredited university or technical school in Computer Information Systems, Business / Public Administration, or a closely related field.
