When you come to work, you'll be :

• Driving the educational development of personal training staff
• Leading new trainer on-boarding by teaching Gold’s Gym fitness assessment, program design, and outstanding member hospitality
• Explaining the dynamics of the programs and classes that we offer to our personal trainers to ensure they understand our business
• Helping to implement and facilitate the latest trends in fitness and health
• As act Co-lead sales support for personal training staff
• Growing and maintaining relationships through prospects, members and referrals
• Lead the welcome of our new members & personal training clients by developing strong customer relationships

There are some MUST HAVES :

• Enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills
• Minimum of 1-year managing a personal training department for a large health club
• Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and hit budgets / goals
• Basic computer skills
• Current CPR / AED certification
• High school diploma (Degree in Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology, Sports Management strongly preferred)
• Desire to be better than you ever have before

Compensation : $40,000-60,000 (DOE)
