Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee the actuarial valuation team in performing timely and accurate valuations of annuity liabilities
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, US Stat & US GAAP
- Collaborate with the modeling team to develop and enhance valuation models and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy in the valuation process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and product development, to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Life insurance industry, with a focus on valuation
- Strong proficiency in US GAAP and Statutory accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
