Job Description :
Friendship Services Homecare & Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health Aid or CNA to join our team. We provide in-home health care and staffing services to those in need of assistance.
This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to provide quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have experience providing health care services in the home and be able to assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate & personalized care to patients in their own homes
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to relevant staff
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned
- Ensure the safety of the patient by adhering to safety protocols
Requirements :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience providing home health care
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Demonstrated ability to interact positively with patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current TB Test (Negative result within the last 12 months)
