JOB DESCRIPTION : Qualifications :
Qualifications :
- Advanced knowledge of MS Access and SQL required.
- Some experience with MS SharePoint and Tableau required.
- Some experience with GIS preferred.
- Excellent communication skills able to clearly and concisely communicate, both orally and in writing, technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field, or an Associate’s degree in the same fields plus a minimum of two (2) years full-time hands-on experience with SQL / MS Access programming.
- Medium to expert technical knowledge.
- Experience with program development in one or more SEU environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams.
- Experience in the industry or in a production / service environment similar to SEU is preferred. Knowledge in systems development life cycle and methodologies.
