Job Summary :

Anticipated Duration : 11 months (January 2025 - December 2025)
Location : Midwest (50% onsite, 50% remote)
The Beaker Lead will oversee the implementation of Epic’s Beaker module, ensuring it meets the needs of the laboratory operations.
This role includes managing system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support, working closely with clinical and technical teams.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the system configuration and testing of Epic Beaker.
- Collaborate with laboratory teams to ensure workflows align with clinical needs.
- Oversee system troubleshooting and go-live support.
- Provide continuous improvement strategies for the system.
Requirements
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT with a focus on laboratory systems.
- Epic Beaker certification required.
- Proven experience in leading laboratory system implementations.
Expected Travel :
50% onsite travel in the Midwest.
Expected Schedule :
Full-time, with flexibility during go-live phases.
