About the Job
We are looking for a gospel-centered, results-driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator. This role is critical to the continued growth of our organization and will be instrumental in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining the very best talent.
The position will be based out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio (just outside of Columbus).
Responsibilities
- Address general HR inquiries, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR team in daily operations
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding, including offer letter review and processing
- Support new hire onboarding for a smooth transition
- Contribute to special projects, data analysis, and system maintenance
- Support the LifeWise Programs with process assistance and communication
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with HRIS applicant tracking systems (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills
- High attention to detail, especially in handling confidential employee records
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience resolving employee inquiries
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
