The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord of increased sales in a technical industry. We are lookingfor someone who can prioritize the many different aspects of thejob from traveling for customer visits to forecasting sales toresolving order complications and working closely together with theFulfillment Team Service team and our regional offices.

Asuccessful candidate will need the ability to see the big pictureof the company as well as know how each department functions andcoordinates with one another.

We are seeking a candidate who cantake our After Market business to the next level and ensure weachieve the companys aggressive salesgoals.

Experience with mechanicalcomponents and / or systems.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business orrelated field of study

International businessexperience

5 years of Salesexperience

Possesses a passport drivers licenseand dependable transportation

Responsibilitiesincluding but not limited to :

Playan active role in the companys efforts to expand their existingpresence in the after sales market in the USA Canada Mexico CentralAmerica and the CaribbeanIslands

Key account management andnew business acquisition andgrowth

Develop strategies toincrease the sales in our After Marketactivities

Set annual quarterly and monthlyforecasts

Maintain top 25customers

Track large capitalprojects

Negotiate pricingstructures

Drive sales growth in our After Marketbusiness

Develop client relationships with keydecision makers through early engagement and consulting viapersonal visits phone and email

Put togetherpresentations on product solutions

Activelygenerate new RFQs issuing quotations and conducting quote followupwith customers

Participate in trade shows andrelated conferences

Identify new leads throughindustry research LinkedIn and othermethods

Frequently travel and visit customers onaverage 30% of working time

Manage plan and bookall travel at your discretion

Manage budget as itpertains to travel costs

Maintain and developknowledge of markets applications solutions and associated filterproducts

Maintain a summary of customersequipment and required aftermarket needs

Answertechnical questions from customers

Utilize CRM torecord interaction withcustomers
