A company is looking for a Global Life and Disability Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of Life and Disability claims, including pending and active claims
Conduct claims reviews and develop action plans for Long Term Disability claimants
Communicate effectively with claimants and gather necessary information for claims evaluation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims review and processing
Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Organizational and time management skills
Preferred : Bachelor's degree
