Shift Manager

A Shift Manager works directly with crewmembers to effectively operate the restaurant during their shift. The Shift Manager ensures that restaurants are clean and well maintained, that all company procedures are followed and all standards for food quality, cleanliness, sanitation, and customer service are met.

The Shift Manager must also control costs at budgeted levels in relation to cash handling, food products, labor, supplies, etc.

ResponsibilitiesOur Shift Managers are the key to operating our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly.

You will also help team members through performance and training initiatives. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will keep our customers coming back for more.

You know the business and have at least six months of experience as a manager within a restaurant or retail.You are familiar with and have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service and will uphold Company Core Values.

Execute the systems daily to ensure and maintain the unit is in accordance with all OSM procedures to provide an excellent experience for the guest as well as a safe work environment for the crew and guest.
