Controls Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial automation sector, is seeking a Control Software Engineer to join their team. As a Control Software Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting automation and control systems development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Controls Engineer Location : Rancocas, New Jersey Pay Range : $75,000 - $80,000 annually 15% Bonus Quarterly What's the Job? Design, develop, and implement control systems for various industrial applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation processes. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of control systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain documentation of control system configurations and modifications. Provide technical support and training to operational staff as needed. What's Needed? Proven experience in control systems engineering or related field. Strong knowledge of automation software and hardware components. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
