As the EHS Manager job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Manage site’s safety programs
- Ensure compliance with all company, Federal, State, and local regulations
- Lead accident / incident investigations, provide corrective actions, and track progress
- Provide site safety training, support and coach employees on safe work behaviors
- Assist in safety requirements of new machinery
- Maintain safety permits, reporting, and other documentation

- BS of Science Engineering or another Safety related degree
- 3+ years of experience in a safety-based role out of a chemical manufacturing facility
- Familiarity with OHSA regulations and standards
- Knowledge of PSM
- Experience in Behavioral Based Safety and / or Employee Involvement Safety Programs
