What We Offer :
- Base Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday to Friday : 8 am-5 pm)

Responsibilities :
- Role will report to CFO
- Monitor & review financial transactions / activities for assigned accounts, funds, departments & units
- Prepare monthly & annual reconciliations, financial reports & statements for assigned areas
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, fixed assets & other financial data
- Maintain accounting controls & audit documents
- Prepare journal entries & maintain / reconcile accounts
- Assist in the preparation of various special reports as directed
- Work with Accounts Receivable staff
- Assist with external / Internal audit requests & provide information as requested
- Participate in special projects, team training, & development
- Provide technical accounting support to various departments
- Assist with the development, review, & updating of accounting policies, procedures, & checklists
- Perform other duties / responsibilities as assigned or required
Desired Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven work experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar role
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (REQUIRED)
- Qualified applicants will need to pass a background check & drug test (REQUIRED)
- Strong mathematical & analytical skills (REQUIRED)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint (REQUIRED)
- A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent working knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Knowledge of national / local tax regulations & compliance reporting
- Experience in managing payroll, with focus on streamlining accounting processes
- Thorough understanding of financial budgeting processes & principles to assess the company’s earnings / spending to find areas for improvement
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
- Strong organizational skills, and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
- Ability to adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion
