ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER (M/F/D)

Job Description

Tasks :

• Providing supervision of operational tasks
• Represent the Site Manager during his / her absence
• Assisting in supervision of operations as well as administrative duties
• Conduct work in a safe and professional manner
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching a high-performance team
• Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated site run times.
• Maintain full compliance with the standard operating procedures, while always ensuring the safety and security of the site and employees.
• Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards
• Ensure that the site is clean and clear of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
• Create and implement a successful workflow plan, utilizing all aspects of the locations layout to ensure maximum efficiency

Requirements :

• Completed training or studies in the field of IT or comparable relevant professional experience in IT or equivalent
• Good knowledge in the data center as well as IT system environment
• Reporting and documentations skills as well as administrative skills
• High degree of initiative and willingness to perform as well as effective communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Have a general knowledge of electrical safety
• Structured, responsible, and independent way of working
