- Client is looking for a well-rounded marketing & communications coordinator who can be proactive and reliable
We are assisting a well-established firm in their search for a talented Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will work alongside various stakeholders such as graphic designers, copywriters, videographers, event coordinators, and marketing leadership to design and execute marketing campaigns.
Key responsibilities include crafting and editing marketing copy, verifying the accuracy of marketing materials, ensuring marketing deliverables are timely, monitoring social media channels, and executing social media plans.
Moreover, the role involves tracking marketing performance, maintaining promotional materials inventory, preparing marketing reports, and staying aware of the competitive products in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or a similar role.
Detailed knowledge and experience with Direct Marketing, Market Segmentation, and Marketing Research are highly required.
Expertise with SEO / SEM campaigns, proficiency in project management and coordination, and familiarity with traditional and digital marketing tools are also essential to the role.
- Applicants must have a strong understanding of customers, take initiative, and be skilled in planning.
- Mastery in computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, Google Adwords, Customer Relationship Management, and Content Management System software is required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are also important for this role.
- The required academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent real-world experience.
- Applicants should have proven experience in digital marketing and managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and / or display advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with A / B and multivariate experiments and a solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools are valuable.
Working knowledge of ad serving tools and experience with Hubspot is preferred but not crucial for this role.
