Customer Service Representative
Great opportunity for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist with this manufacturing and service company in Coon Rapids!
Order Entry Specialist will answer inbound calls, emails and Teams communications from current and prospective customers. Order Entry Specialist will gather information from the customer about the sales or service need and route the call and / or information to the appropriate personnel. This will require strong communication skills, a customer service focus and basic computer skills to enter order information.
Pay will be $20-$23 / hr and schedule will begin between 25-40 hrs / wk going to permanent full time.
To be successful in this role the Order Entry Specialist will have : -Experience in an office setting, answering phones, routing calls and taking orders -Experience in a B2B / Service environment is a plus but not required -Basic computer skills to include Outlook and MSOffice -Strong communication skills, written and verbal -Strong Customer Service focus
