Job Summary

You will have the ability to : Be responsible for providing thought leadership, strategic thinking, and technical, financial, and business expertise to solve business problems.

This position will be responsible for aiding the Data & Analytics (D&A) organization execute key initiatives for the company and ensuring analytics alignment with our business strategies and outcomes.

The Manager of Data & Analytics Portfolio will work closely with the Data & Analytics leadership to ensure the team focuses on delivering business value through value-add solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the Data & Analytics (D&A) department transformation into agile delivery and ensure adherence to the company's standards and industry best practices.
  • Ensure interdepartmental and cross functional coordination among the different data & analytics teams as well as other cross functional areas.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of the analytics project / product portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and project / product delivery.
  • Develop a comprehensive data and analytics roadmap working with the business, analytics business engagement managers, and data product owners.
  • Ensure alignment of D&A portfolio with business strategic objectives.
  • Monitor D&A project / product progress, providing regular updates to D&A leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a mechanism to track and communicate the business value and the delivery of the D&A products.
  • Work with D&A leadership to develop and track department KPIs, and report on the department's health and performance.
  • Manage the departmental budget, including planning, allocation, and monitoring expenditures.
  • Develop internal communication plans to meet D&A department objectives.
  • Ensure stakeholder awareness at all appropriate gates and critical decision points, in addition to regular updates.

Education Description

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Sciences or in related field of study from an accredited college or university.

Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in developing Analytics and Business Intelligence Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with agile methodologies, principles, techniques, and frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and interdepartmental teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and value proposition.
  • Strong understanding of Analytics and Visualization techniques and tools including Cloud computing environments such as Google Cloud.
  • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company's core values of Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Safety, and Initiative in completing work assignments.
  • Initiative-taking, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for innovative ways to help the business.
