We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Resident Project Representative (RPR) I to join our team in King of Prussia, PA .

As a Water & Wastewater Resident Project Representative (RPR) I , you will gain knowledge and experience in civil engineering related practices and construction observation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Conducting on-site observation of work in progress in accordance with contract documents
  • Documenting and reporting when work does not conform to contract documents
  • Conducting final inspections to ensure :
  • All items are completed or corrected and make recommendations to Project Manager concerning acceptance
  • Certificates, maintenance and operation manuals and other data required to be assembled and furnished by Contractor are applicable to the items actually installed and in accordance with the contract document
  • Drafting proposed change orders and work directive changes
  • Reviewing project schedules, schedules of shop drawing submittals and schedules of values prepared by Contractor
  • Maintaining field observation reports including photographs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-4+ years' experience in :
  • Construction observation and administration relative to water and wastewater projects
  • Basic survey, grade and cut sheets and quantity data
  • NICET certification, desired
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Must have a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings and / or regional office(s)
  • Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
