S.The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, reconciling and researching activity related to all corporate bank accounts.
This position will serve as a liaison between the Treasury department and financial institutions for questions regarding debits, credits and charges to corporate accounts.
Main responsibilities are daily and monthly cash reconciliations for all corporate accounts, resolving cash issues in a timely manner by recording and following up on reconciling items, functioning as a point of contact for banking activities with the ability to research and resolve moderately complex questions and issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Cash Management Specialist will be responsible for the following : Track all cash receipts and disbursements on a daily basis Prepare and record journal entries Maintain account reconciliation spreadsheets Record payments in the A / P sub ledger Reconciliation of bank accounts monthly Audit team members' journal entries Audit and / or clear manual wire payments Reconciliation of PNC A / P credit cards and corporate cards Interact with various bank institutions to research and resolve questions and issuesPosition Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field One - two years of prior Cash Management experience preferred Strong accounting fundamentals Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook Familiar with SAP or other large ERP system Strong sense of urgency and able to organize and prioritize;
