Salary : $95,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience) Responsibilities : Lead projects across multiple sites with minimal supervision, managing multidisciplinary tasks and schedules effectively Ensure compliance with company and client Health and Safety requirements Direct field personnel, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure project progress Maintain accurate daily field documentation Identify contract requirements, potential changes, and out-of-scope items Assist in cost estimation and negotiation with vendors / subcontractors Conduct initial accident investigations and develop appropriate procedures Collaborate with senior management to establish project goals Supervise and mentor up to 10 direct craft reports Preferred : 40-Hour HAZWOPER training and current 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher required USACE QC Training Qualifications : 6+ years of experience in environmental cleanup, soil remediation, demo / decon, or habitat restoration Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams in construction projects INDH Powered by JazzHR
