Position Overview :

The Head of Talent Management at Augmentjobs will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the development and execution of talent management strategies that align with the company'

s goals. This role involves developing comprehensive talent management programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Strategy Development :

Develop and implement a talent management strategy aligned with Augmentjobs' business objectives.

Identify talent needs and create programs to address gaps and future needs.

Leadership Development :

Design and execute leadership development programs to build a pipeline of future leaders.

Mentor and coach senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness and career growth.

Performance Management :

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

Develop initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.

Succession Planning :

Implement and manage succession planning processes to ensure the company's leadership continuity.

Identify and develop high-potential employees for key roles.

Talent Acquisition :

Collaborate with recruitment teams to define talent acquisition strategies and ensure effective hiring practices.

Enhance employer branding to attract top talent to Augmentjobs.

Employee Development :

Create and manage programs for employee training and career development.

Evaluate and optimize learning and development resources to support employee growth.

Diversity and Inclusion :

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.

Implement programs and policies to support an equitable work environment.

Analytics and Reporting :

Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven decisions.

Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on talent management metrics and outcomes.

Collaboration :

Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment of talent management practices with organizational goals.

Provide expertise and guidance on talent management issues to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience :

Proven experience (10+ years) in talent management, human resources, or related fields, with significant experience in leadership roles.

Strategic Thinking :

Strong ability to develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Leadership :

Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical Skills :

Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive talent management decisions and measure program effectiveness.

Problem-Solving :

Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing solutions.

Cultural Sensitivity :

Deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles, with experience implementing related programs.

Change Management :

Experience in managing organizational change and leading talent management initiatives through periods of transformation.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems.
