Salary : $67,300 - $73,000 / year based on licensure
As a Behavioral Health Clinician (Masters Level / License) you will provide evidence-based practices and outpatient therapeutic interventions to adults and youth experiencing mental health or co-occurring disorders and / or behavioral health concerns.
The Behavioral Health Clinician will also :
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and support services, in-person and by telehealth, to clients
- Conduct intake evaluations and on-going assessment to develop treatment plans and determine appropriate interventions to a caseload of clients
- Ensure recordkeeping / documentation in accordance with internal and external requirements and regulations.
- Coordinate treatment and care with other providers as needed
- Work as liaison between Vinfen programs, state agencies, funding sources, and community referral sources
- Communicate and network with community providers and collaterals to increase access to care / promote ambulatory care
- Provide services to children, adults, families, and / or groups
- Provide after-hours on-call coverage in rotation with other program staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
About the model : Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services provides adult and youth with onsite and community-based outpatient behavioral health therapy, mobile crisis services (MCI), crisis stabilization (CCS), and psychopharmacology including medication assisted treatments.
Vinfen Behavioral Health Community Services are designed to support individuals and families in the community, reduce use of emergency rooms for behavioral health crisis, increase flexibility of service delivery, and provide seamless access to outpatient, urgent and crisis interventions, increased social supports and community-based staff.

Requirements
Job Qualifications
- Masters degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Valid licensure or eligibility to become LCSW, LMHC, LADC I, or LMFT in Massachusetts is preferred but not required
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with adults with persistent psychiatric conditions or co-occurring disorders
- Strong time management & organizational skills, self motivator, strong writing skills and general computer skills.
- Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, SORI, reference, and multi-state background check
Vaccine Mandate Policy
All new employees, interns, and volunteers within Vinfen's Massachusetts programs will be required to be fully vaccinated (14 days beyond last shot of Pfizer or Moderna or 14 days beyond receiving a Johnson and Johnson vaccine), or have received the first shot in a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna) with an appointment scheduled for the second dose.
A 2nd dose must be received within six weeks of hire and the first shot prior to New Employee Orientation or have an approved exemption for medical or religious reasons by the first day of employment with Vinfen.
