Foley Mansfield’s Minneapolis office is seeking a service-oriented Practice Assistant to support an assigned group of attorneys.

The essential functions of this position include :
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence
- Filing documents in state and federal courts
- Opening new matters and running conflict checks
- Managing department-wide docketing, attorney calendars, and ensuring all litigation dates and deadlines are accurately calendared
- Processing invoices and attorney expenses
This is an entry-level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a high level of initiative and follow-through, and the ability to work successfully in a variety of software programs.
This position is hybrid : 1 day in office, 4 days remote.
