We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is responsible for recruiting activities within an assigned market and the sourcing of qualified workers for all field positions.
Responsible for timely screening, scheduling, interviewing and selection of candidates, in response to customer needs and recruiting goals.
Has responsibility for ensuring that both the quality and quantity of applicants is at a high level, the process is documented, and leverages appropriate sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
Must be able to work a variable schedule to include some weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about our services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving clientele and services
- Onboard new worker information from application / interview
- Create / fill new work orders for clients
- Process pay for ticket completion
- Prospect new business vi email and phone calls
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and the workforce
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office
Staffing experience is a plus but not required!
Bilingual preferred
