Ansbacher Law seeks a litigation lawyer with 2-5 years of experience who is interested in working in a fast-paced and well-established law firm.
Our litigation team focuses on construction claims and commercial litigation. We prosecute and defend actions throughout Florida.

Minimum Requirements :
- Florida Resident.
- Admission to Florida Bar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Academic Record for Recent Graduates.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
What we are looking for in a candidate :
Strong Writing Skills. We draft and argue sophisticated trial motions and appellate briefs. Proven experience in analyzing complex issues and drafting persuasive documents is highly valued.
We recognize the value of law review or other publication experience. If you have a writing sample, please include it with your application.
Verbal Communication. Our associates will be in front of clients, judges, and arbitrators and need to be comfortable speaking confidently.
We seek attorneys capable of developing into first-chair trial lawyers.
- Organization. Many of our cases involve dozens of parties, and hundreds of pleadings requiring excellent time management and organizational skills.
