We have a mature web-based B2B application that requires about 1-15 hours per week of front-end development work. The number of hours per week can be highly variable depending upon what is needed in a given 4 week sprint.
We are looking for a long-term relationship with an experience and capable frontend developer who meets the following criteria :
- Willing to work on an as-needed basis for a fixed hourly rate
- Availability to do planning meetings within 9am-4pm Eastern Time hours
- Experience working within an agile development model
- Ability to work within a team including a Product Manager, backend developers, and database engineers
- Ability to be productive and effective in a remote capacity with minimal direct supervision
Skills required are 4+ years of experience with :
- HTML
- Javascript
- Responsive design
- Basic UI / UX principles
- Cross-platform / browser testing
- Our frontend stack is ASP.NET, so any experience with that is a plus but not required
