destinationoneConsulting isexpanding rapidly across North America and we are looking forBusiness Development Managers to join our team in 15 U.

S. statesand 4 Canadian provinces. As a Business Development Manager youwill be responsible for driving new client acquisition and sellingour innovative RecruitmentasaSubscription Service (RaaSS) model.

Weare looking for experienced sales professionals with a ready bookof business in the sectors we cater to including Municipal FoodAccounting Legal HealthTech Healthcare MedTech NonProfit and PublicSectors.

destinationoneis currently in an exciting startup phase offering a uniqueopportunity for a Business Development Manager.

For the first 6months this position will be commissiononly as you help build ourclient base for our newly innovated RecruitmentasaService (RaaSS)offering.

Starting in month 7 based on performance andmeeting your goals for the first 6 months you will be eligible forbase compensation.

This is an incredible opportunityfor the right individual to earn significant commissions duringthis early stage with massive potential for growth as weexpand.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Developand execute strategies to acquire new clients within yourdesignatedregion.
  • Sellour innovative RaaSS model offering businesses a costeffectivesubscriptionbased recruitmentsolution.
  • Leverageyour existing network and book of business to build strong lastingclientrelationships.
  • Identifyand engage decisionmakers in Municipalities Legal Food NonProfitHealthcare HealthTech NonProfits and othersectors.
  • Maintainconsistent outreach and followup with potential clients positioningdestinationone as the goto recruitmentsolution.
  • Achieveand exceed sales targets with uncapped commissionpotential.
  • Continuouslycollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction andservicedelivery.
  • TheBusiness Development Manager is expected to bring in a minimum of36 new accounts per year with a focus on driving consistent growthyear overyear.

Requirements

  • Provensales experience in Municipal Healthcare HealthTech NonProfitPublic Accounting Legal or Food sectors isessential.
  • Experiencein sales within staffing service industry or consulting is anasset.
  • Aready book of business in any of the sectors we serve is highlydesirable.
  • Strongunderstanding of recruitment services particularly in the NorthAmericanmarket.
  • Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and relationshipbuildingskills.
  • Selfdrivenwith the ability to work independently in a fully remoteenvironment.
  • Comfortablewith technology and capable of managing remote work using your homeoffice and internetsetup.
