INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

No Remote Job Duties :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries for quotes, delivery, and technical questions on products
- Communicate seamlessly with your internal colleagues - both product engineers and application engineers - to get answers to questions for the client.
- Possess a patient and understanding attitude, with a focus on finding a solution to customer issues.
- Maintain a positive mindset toward each customer inquiry and request.
- Have good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Be responsible for doing what you say and saying what you do.
- Enjoy busy & multitasking work throughout the day
- Create a can-do work environment
- Communicate, communicate, communicate.
