Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is onsite in Dayton, OH.

In this role, you will :

• Work closely with the client to translate project requirements into achievable deadlines, and ensure schedules and budgets stay on track using standard management methodology.
• Lead project team members, and provide ongoing feedback, supporting them in their efforts to meet project goals and create unmatched client experiences.
• Ensure project deliverables meet our Delivery Excellence expectations.
• Partner with our clients to identify and resolve issues, in a timely and transparent manner.
• Build valued working relationships with business and technical subject matter experts on the teams as well as with stakeholders and executives.
• Develop and communicate project plans, status reports, communication plans and other documents and presentations.
• Should have the ability to work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment.
• Collaborate with Centric leadership and account managers, identifying ways to enhance client relationships and the internal Centric culture.

Who you are :

• 7+ years' experience as a Project Manager. Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background.
• Will need to be a senior-lever Project Manager that will challenge the group on how to move forward.
• Experience in leading both Waterfall and Agile projects is preferred.
• Experience in virtual, cross-functional project team management.
• Strong technical writing skills (project documentation / deliverables).
• Expertise with Project Management Methodology concepts (including agile and waterfall approaches).
• Excellent communication skillsare essential - both written and verbal. Translating technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Background in utility electrical infrastructure is desired.
• Strong technical aptitude and attention to details.
