St Dalfour, a renowned producer of high-quality fruit spreads distributed globally, is seeking a highly-motivated Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team.
The Marketing Analyst will play a crucial role in leading projects, providing business analysis, managing budgets, and executing various components of the marketing plan.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Business Analysis and Tracking :
- Conduct thorough analysis of business performance to identify problems, opportunities, and trends.
- Generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Work across the globe with key countries to analyze in-country performance in Asia, Europe, Australia, and Canada
Project Management :
- Lead packaging initiatives, cost-saving projects, and other strategic projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Budget Management :
- Oversee budget management and tracking for the marketing division.
- Ensure accurate and efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Marketing Execution :
- Implement elements of the marketing plan, including price promotions, in-store creative, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Ad-Hoc Projects :
- Support the brand teams with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and contribute to special initiatives.
Other Duties as Assigned :
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the marketing team and overall business objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of previous experience in marketing analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering insights and recommendations.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective team relationships and work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with marketing systems and tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) is a plus.
